Their mission is to “leave their mark"on the craft brew industry and two of their most popular beers seem to have done that. While visiting the brewery, be sure to try their Hydraulion Red, a unique Irish style red beer or their Jack’s Java Espresso Stout, a hearty and dense oatmeal stout with an obvious coffee taste with hints of sweet chocolate.
