We look forward to welcoming you to the Keswick Hall Spa. To better serve you, we invite you to review our spa etiquette. We welcome non-hotel guests 7 days per week based on availability.

Reservations

We suggest that you book 4-5 weeks in advance to ensure desired treatments and schedule. Guests must be at least 14 years old to book a nail treatment and 16 years or older to book a facial, massage, or body treatment. Please notify the Spa Coordinator of any allergies, health concerns, pregnancy, limitations of treatment, etc. at the time of booking. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please make your gender request when scheduling your treatment.
A credit card is required to secure your spa reservation.
We do welcome same day appointments but recommend advanced bookings to ensure treatment, times and technician preferences are available.

Arrival

We suggest that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your service to enjoy the Spa’s amenities and Overlook relaxation lounge. For massage, facials, and body treatment, you will be provided with a locker stocked with a robe and slipper to make your visit more comfortable. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, to ensure the following guest is not delayed and receives their full treatment. If you are not able to arrive on time, we ask that you inform the Spa, so we are able to adjust where possible. You will be charged the full value of your treatment.

Lock Room & Facility Access

The Keswick Hall Spa locker rooms include showers, an infrared sauna, eucalyptus scented steam room and relaxation area. Locker room amenities are available for guests with massage, facial, or body treatment appointments. Spa amenities are only available on the day of a scheduled treatment. We suggest that guests with the last appointment of the day arrive early to enjoy the facilities. Guests that have booked only nail services do not have access to the Spa Facilities and Overlook.

Spa Etiquette

The Keswick Hall Spa is a place of relaxation and wellbeing. To ensure a healthy space for all of our guests, we do not permit smoking or vaping in or around the Spa facilities. To maintain a calm and tranquil environment, we ask that you converse quietly and avoid inappropriate behavior. In an effort to keep our guests and team safe, we reserve the right to refuse service to guests that are impaired by alcohol or drugs. If the disruptive behavior continues after a warning, you will be asked to leave and be charged the full value of your treatment(s).

Cell Phones and Cameras

Keswick Hall Spa is a relaxing environment. We ask that voices and noise levels are kept to a minimum. Cell phones should be kept in your locker, muted, or turned off. Cell phone conversations are not permitted in the Overlook or treatment areas. To protect our guests’ privacy, cameras or video are not permitted in the locker areas, steam rooms or saunas.

Cancellation Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you give the Spa a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a full charge for treatments booked. For groups of 6 or more, we require 72 hours’ notice.

Service Charge

Treatment prices do not include gratuities. For your convenience, a nonadjustable 20% service charge will added to all spa services. Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.
