Birds and Burgundy Wine Dinner

Game birds and Premier Cru Burgundies bring the flavors of summer together in a feast for the gourmand. Winemaker Michael Shaps will speak about his small production burgundies, each made from grapes grown under his supervision. Carefully sourced quail, pheasant and more will be paired with these burgundy choices.
