Every month the Hall presents a series of signature Gourmet Wine Dinners to enhance your country house experience and make your stay an even more memorable one. These Dinners feature internationally recognized vineyards, winemakers and importers from around the world.

Fossett's Executive Chef, Dean Maupin pairs his signature cuisine with each wine selection, making for an evening tailored especially for food and wine lovers.
