How Motivations Drive Business Decisions and Relationships |
Program Description and Outcomes - This program utilizes the online Workplace Motivators profile to help teams and individuals understand how their driving motivators influence team and individual decision-making, relationships and collaboration and how to avoid/manage conflicts among peers, staff, leaders and clients.
Participants leave with an awareness of the various ways people are motivated and how to optimally approach people given their motivators. This leads to more targeted development of staff, better peer relationships, improved client relationships, and increased effectiveness in managing up.
