Executive Business Coaching |
Program Description and Outcomes - Executive Coaching is a confidential partnership between the coach and the executive to increase effectiveness, professional satisfaction and drive bottom line results. Odyssey's data-driven process includes three distinct phases:
Executive Profile
Prior to the Discovery Meeting at Keswick the coach will conduct a series of interviews with people who work with the client to gain an understanding of what it is like to work with and around the executive. Additionally, the client will be given a password to go online to complete several executive profiles. Having conducted the interviews and analyzed the executive profiles, the coach gains a deep understanding of who the executive is and what his/her unique challenges are from a business and developmental standpoint.
Discovery Meeting
This is held at Keswick Hall. The coach and the executive meet to discuss the interview feedback results, client profiles, recent assessments, business objectives and professional aspirations. Using all of these inputs, the coach and executive co-create a plan of action to achieve the executive's business development and career objectives. Executives leave feeling like they have a trusted advisor and objective sounding board who champions their growth and progress. Periodically the coach and executive will return to Keswick to assess progress, identify strategies for new or existing challenges and to share updated feedback from client interviews.
Plan Implementation
Typically the coach will meet with the client via telephone twice per month to discuss progress, challenges or lessons learned toward achieving the objectives. In these calls the coach may review a presentation, role-play a conversation, talk about a potential key hire, assign relevant reading material, discuss how to deal with a challenging person or situation, or discuss an objective achieved.
