Program Description and Outcomes - Executives work one-on-one with an executive communications coach. The program involves video taped communication situations, and encouraging and supportive feedback designed to increase senior eecutive effectiveness in a variety of communication settings and challenges.
Prior to arriving at Keswick:
The coasch and the executive identify the communication situations most important to his or her success. The coach then designs an individually tailored program to satisfy the executive's needed development areas. In addition, the coach will provide the executive with a password to go online and complete a series of professional profiles. These profiles help the executive understand how they impact different kinds of people and how specifically to adapt his/her communication approach to increase his or her effectiveness.
One-On-One Communications Coaching at Keswick:
Using the individually tailored agenda, the executive is placed in a variety of communications settings designed to meet his or her development objectives. After each presentation or role play, the executive and coach review the performance and determine what works effectively and what needs to be avoided, changed or modified. The executive will receive feedback on body language, voice tone and cadence, word selection, content and timing.

- Presenting to boards of directors
- Presenting to financial analysts
- Sales presentations
- Providing employee feedback
- Communications strategies for specific people
- Dealing with difficult people and situations
Program Duration: Half to full day (depending on needs and individual versus group)
