Program Description and Outcomes - This program utilizes the online Executive DISC profile to help teams and individuals build effective and collaborative relationships through effective communication and relationship strategies.
Participants learn how to specifically adapt their communication and relational approach in real world business settings with different kinds of colleagues, clients and staff. Individuals gain an appreciation for their potential blind spots, as well as, developing a greater appreciation for those who have a different communication and relational profile. This fun and interactive learning program involves sub-group breakout sessions, individual and team analysis and role plays.
The program focuses on the following areas: - Participants understand how their natural unfiltered communication style impacts their colleagues, clients and staff through their actions and approach to everyday business
- Participants learn how to identify and appreciate communication styles other than their own
- Participants learn adaptive strategies to increase their effectiveness and results in the areas of: employee motivation, resolving everyday conflicts, providing coaching and feedback, and driving sales
- Participants learn how their team composite profile affects how they make decisions, provide feedback to each other, approach problem solving and deal with information
