Start your day off the right way with this 30-minute fitness clinic designed to strengthen the core muscles used
to perform daily activities with ease as well as improve athletic abilities - all the while helping to prevent the onset of chronic injuries. Perfect warm up for a tennis match or golf outing.
A Driving Force

Designed for beginners or those who are thinking about taking up the game, this 30-minute 'Basics Before You
Start' clinic focuses on two important areas, the grip and addressing the ball. Our PGA professionals will guide
novices through this complimentary demonstration and encourage the beginning of a love affair with the wonderful
game of golf.
Tennis, Anyone? The Pavilion Tennis Courts • 11 am
Our tennis professional, Nancy Holt, promises that at the end of this 30-minute clinic beginners will begin to feel the success of their efforts and that players looking to get back in the game will have renewed enthusiasm for 'a sport for a lifetime'. Classes will focus on ground stroke technique, serving, and rallying. The ball is in your court! |
