Stir Up Your Own Kind of Sunday!
Welcome to Fossett's Brunch Bar -- all you need to make the best Bloody Mary or Mimosa you have never had!
Here's how it works: Tell us how you would like to start, and we'll give you sparkling wine or vodka or rum in a glass. Then help yourself to the assortment of additions on the bar, sit back down, take a sip, and remind yourself what a genius you are. If you'd rather stay seated, just say so, and we'll bring you the drink of your choice. $10 per glass.
Here are some Bloody Mary concoctions you might like to try:
Mix various fruit juices with sparkling wine in proportions of your choice for a great Mimosa. Try a duet of mostly orange juice with a splash of cranberry, or perhaps one of these combinations:
- Grand Mimosa -- ask us for a smidgeon of Grand Marnier
- Lilosa – use pink grapefruit juice instead of orange juice
- Faux-mosa or Virgin Mimosa – ask us for Sprite in place of the champagne
Boat drinks are another Sunday daytime favorite. Rum goes with any combination of juices; just save the grenadine for a float on the top and don’t forget to make it pretty.
