Welcome to Fossett's Brunch Bar -- all you need to make the best Bloody Mary or Mimosa you have never had!

Here's how it works: Tell us how you would like to start, and we'll give you sparkling wine or vodka or rum in a glass. Then help yourself to the assortment of additions on the bar, sit back down, take a sip, and remind yourself what a genius you are. If you'd rather stay seated, just say so, and we'll bring you the drink of your choice. $10 per glass.

Here are some Bloody Mary concoctions you might like to try:

• Bloody Bull – Half Bloody Mary mix and half beef consommé. A manly drink if there ever was one.

• Blazing Inferno – A Bloody Mary with any or all of the hot sauces you find on your table. Not for the faint of heart.

Mix various fruit juices with sparkling wine in proportions of your choice for a great Mimosa. Try a duet of mostly orange juice with a splash of cranberry, or perhaps one of these combinations:

• Grand Mimosa -- ask us for a smidgeon of Grand Marnier
• Lilosa – use pink grapefruit juice instead of orange juice
• Faux-mosa or Virgin Mimosa – ask us for Sprite in place of the champagne

Boat drinks are another Sunday daytime favorite. Rum goes with any combination of juices; just save the grenadine for a float on the top and don’t forget to make it pretty.
