As your day unfolds, Keswick Hall offers 7,000 square feet of flexible gathering space in which to host the wedding of your dreams.

If your dream includes making the entire Keswick Hall yours exclusively (contracting all 48 guest rooms), then your options increase to include the Horizon Pool and Villa Crawford area. 

Reception, Dining and Dancing venue options:

The Keswick Ballroom can serve as one large, elegant dining room or can be divided (Keswick I, II & III) with beautifully painted garden murals which accommodate smaller gatherings. An abundance of natural light illuminates the beveled-mirror wainscoting and candlestick sconces while French doors open onto the terrace with impressive gardens and expansive views. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 210 guests without dancing and 160 guests with. The west end of the Ballroom or Keswick III offers hardwood floors which double as a dance area. Keswick I and II or remaining section are complete with custom neutral carpeting, ideal for all décor selections.

The Garden Room boasts a unique rustic theme with terracotta tiles, antique garden tools and pottery and creates the perfect ambiance for the more intimate dining event. Three sets of French doors to the lower terrace allow easy access to the herb garden, manicured greens and professionally groomed croquet lawn.

Villa Crawford, the inviting original villa that forms the west wing of Keswick Hall, comprises of three distinctly unique communal rooms all of which flaunt hearty pine wood floors. The Crawford Lounge, the Library Room and the Tea & Snooker Room form a continuous flow – providing the ideal setting for a private reception or afternoon tea. This option is available for Exclusive Use events only and would include the use of the Horizon Pool for an alfresco reception or even private rehearsal dinner.

The Lower Terrace is perfect for larger tented events and offers a front row seat to the most stunning Estate views and rolling green countryside. This area, depending on tent configuration can accommodate up to 400 guests.

Fossett's Restaurant can be purchased for a private event, an option to consider with Exclusive Use only. Features include ceiling to floor windows, unsurpassed views, working fireplace, access to additional terrace seating or cocktail reception space. Seating up to 70 guests using restaurant chairs or 90 using Hotel chivari chairs.
