Exciting changes are in the works for your weekend mornings. Beginning February 15, escape to Fossett’s for a redefined ala carte Sunday brunch with imaginative twists on all-time favorites. Ask Chef Hartman sometime what he means when he says this menu will be “gentile and sexy at the same time.”  (You just know he’ll have a good answer for you.) 

Brunch will feature a Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar so you can concoct your own invigorating versions of your favorite morning drinks, as well as a dessert buffet.  We’ll serve our amazing breakfast items from 7-11 am, and then roll right into the new brunch from 11 am-2 pm.

Beginning in the springtime on Saturdays also (!), start your weekend morning in our cool, bright dining room or out on the terrace – both with spectacular views of the sun inching over the golf course.  Relax and rejuvenate at Fossett’s!
