October 9 - Fall Treasures
Fall celebrating warm colors, cooler temperatures and a wealth of delicious, diverse ingredients. This is the perfect theme for Chef Hartman's October Cooking Class. Chef Hartman and 'Students' will explore a range of ingredients from the everyday apple and pumpkin to the more daring and unfamiliar oysters and game. This hands-on cooking class with a focus on using the freshest ingredients will teach you preparation technique and cooking methods for the best recipe results.
November 13 - Creating the Perfect Holiday Party
Hosting family and friends for the Holidays can be a daunting task for some. Chef Hartman makes it easy and enjoyable, sharing traditional favorites and parting winning secrets. Take home ideas on how to use the best seasonal ingredients, whether they are used in a cocktail, for hors d’oeuvres or in a delicious hearty dinner. This is one cooking class you won’t want to miss!

Keswick's Cooking School Series classes are held from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and include personalized instruction and demonstration, lunch or dinner with the Chef, and a catalog of the school's recipes to take home.
