The Chef's Amuse |
Join us every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from 5-6 pm in the Villa Crawford for our newest series of culinary explorations with Executive Chef Craig Hartman.
Designed as an informal gathering, guests may chat with Chef as he prepares small tastings from our local farmers and fishermen. Small bites from the best of the season will likely include butternut and acorn squash with Lynhaven oysters, local Virginia cheeses and Carter’s Mountain apples.
Many of the selections are also offered on Fossett’s seasonal menus so guests may choose their favorites while dining.
