HALL POSITIONS
Food Servers On-call, Seasonal
Candidates must be friendly, articulate, well-groomed, have good communication and organizational skills, and have a willingness to learn. Must be proficient in English. Previous fine dining experience strongly preferred.
Porter
Candidate will provide a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and depart the hotel by assisting with luggage, explaining in-room amenities and promoting all hotel facilities: restaurants, pools, recreational activities as well as local places of interest. Candidate must be friendly, articulate, well-groomed, have good communication and organizational skills with a willingness to learn. Candidates must possess strong customer relations skills, a positive attitude, and be willing to work in a team atmosphere.
Housekeeper, part-time
Must have the ability to clean between 8 and 9 guest rooms per day. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must maintain a clean, neat appearance and be comfortable interacting with guests. Must be available to work flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
Private Events Servers On-call/Seasonal
Responsible for the ordering and delivery of guests’ food and beverages. Candidates must be friendly, articulate, well-groomed, have good communication and organizational skills, and have a willingness to learn. Must be proficient in English. Previous find dining experience strongly preferred.
HALL & CLUB KITCHENS
Line Cook
Candidate must demonstrate proficient cooking skills. Must understand how to coordinate the timing of orders and have a general knowledge of Ala Carte cooking techniques. Candidates must possess a positive attitude, and be willing to work in a team atmosphere. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Kitchen Manager
Managerial administrative position for the Hall Kitchen. Direct responsibilities include purchasing, receiving, sourcing, coding, invoicing, tracking credits, inventory food and non-food, payroll, scheduling, stewarding and Steward training, writing and directing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly cleaning schedules. Some Banquet and Fossett’s culinary work included. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
CLUB POSITIONS
Pavilion Attendant/Life Guard – Part-time
Position entails life guarding duties, as well as working in the snack bar and tennis shop. Must have current certification for life guarding, CPR and First Aid. Qualified applicant must provide outstanding service to all members and guests at all times. This individual will be responsible for a number of different responsibilities from booking tennis courts, answering phones, life guarding, serving food, keeping the pool area clean and much more. Applicants must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
Golf Shop Assistant
Full and Part-Time. Candidate must possess strong customer relations skills, a positive attitude, and be willing to work in a team atmosphere. The individual will be responsible for all golf shop openings and closing duties, answering telephones, scheduling tee-times, point-of-sale operation, assisting Members and Guests with merchandise issues, keeping merchandise displays looking fresh and neat, providing the bet customer service to all customers at all times, and assisting the professional staff with any other assigned tasks. Candidates must be available to work on weekends and possibly holidays.
Outside Golf Service Associate
Candidate must possess strong customer relations skills, a positive attitude, and be willing to work in a team atmosphere. Outside Services Associates provide outstanding customer service to all customers. Duties include greeting and assisting customers before and after their round, staging and detailing golf car fleet daily, cleaning member and guests golf clubs, upkeep and maintenance of practice areas, along with assisting golf shop staff with other duties and tasks as assigned. Some lifting will be required. (Approx 50 lbs). Candidates must be available to work on weekends and possibly holidays.
