- One hour Personal Fitness assessment with the days scheduled group fitness Class - $75.00 (allow yourself two hours)

Spa service hours are from 8.30am scheduling our last service of the day at 5.15pm, subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent to the individual making the reservation, following receipt of the request.
