THE KESWICK BALLROOM
The Keswick Ballroom can serve as one large, elegant dining room or can be divided into three separate venues for smaller events (Keswick I, II, and III). An abundance of natural light illuminates the beveled-mirror wainscoting, beautifully painted garden murals, and candlestick sconces while French doors open onto the terrace with impressive gardens and expansive views.
The Ballroom can accommodate up to 210 guests without dancing and 150 guests with. The west end of the Ballroom, or Keswick III, offers hardwood floors that double as a dance area. Keswick I and II, or the remaining sections, are complete with neutral carpeting that is ideal for all décor selections.
Our three Keswick Rooms can serve as one large, elegant meeting room and ballroom for a general session, or as independent function rooms for smaller events.
The Boardroom has been designed for ultimate comfort and productivity—perfect for blue chip corporations, intimate associations, or board of director meetings. With its leather chairs, wood-paneled walls, and all the necessary technical resources needed, this space is also ideal as a corporate support office for larger meetings.
Fossett’s Restaurant can be reserved for a private event just for you and your group. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows offering unsurpassed views of the estate, a working fireplace, and access to additional terrace seating or cocktail reception space. The restaurant offers seating for up to 75 guests using restaurant chairs or 90 using Hotel Chiavari chairs.
VILLA CRAWFORD VENUES
Villa Crawford, the original section of the 1912 mansion, forms the west wing of Keswick Hall and features authentic pine wood floors and three distinctly unique public rooms. The Crawford Lounge, the Library Room, and the Tea and Snooker Room form a continuous flow that makes a perfect venue for a private reception. This option is available for exclusive-use events only and would include the use of the Horizon Pool for an alfresco reception or even private rehearsal dinner.
Treble Wine Cellar
The decadent surroundings of Treble are the perfect location for a sophisticated private dining experience for up to 16 guests. Served on a gorgeous hand-carved table surrounded by more than 5,000 wine bottles, each dining experience will be personally tailored by our Executive Chef and Sommelier. Select from a tailored menu or allow spontaneous creativity by the culinary team for a truly amazing culinary experience.
THE LOWER TERRACE
The Lower Terrace is perfect for larger tented events and offers a front row seat to the most stunning estate views. This area, depending on tent configuration, can accommodate up to 300 guests, or up to 400 guests with exclusive use.
The Horizon Pool creates a visual illusion of a pool without physical boundaries, making it a stunning location for buy-out groups to have a reception or exclusive dining experience.
