Food and Beverage Outlet Manager

Director of Weddings & Special Events/Weddings & Special Events Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenues for Keswick Hall through direct sales of weddings, catering and off-site catering functions, as well as other designated responsibilities as outlined by the Director of Sales and General Manager of the Resort. Job responsibilities and requirements: -Acting as a first point of contact for brides, grooms and all clients maintaining relationships throughout the planning process through the event date. -Working closely with, and communicating effectively with operational departments. -Responsible for handling all aspects of the program they contract through all phases of the event. -Must be extremely organized, have meticulous attention to detail and possess strong problem solving skills with the ability to use independent judgment . Must be able to work effectively under pressure without supervision. Minimum of three years luxury hospitality industry sales, wedding and catering experience with progressive managerial responsibilities. Must be proficient with basic computer programs. Knowledge of Opera and Delphi is a plus. Well polished individual, able to represent the hotel in a very professional manner. Must be able to maintain a flexible working schedule. Golf Course Groundsmen

Keswick Hall & Club is looking for four Golf Course Groundsmen. The responsibilities will include: maintain all ornamental trees, beds and shrubbery on the golf course, carry out all general labor duties as required, mowing of greens, collars, approaches, tees, fairways, intermediate roughs and roughs. The Golf Course Groundsmen will also assist in irrigation service and installation and will have the ability to work Monday-Friday from 7am to 3:30pm and every other weekend in season (April-October). Accounting Clerk

Keswick Hall and Club is looking for an Accounting Clerk. The responsibilities for this position will include: Open, sort and distribute invoices to managers, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries, review vendor statements, request copies, etc. Log A/R checks, enter invoices into NS, copy for sales/use tax, capex, advances, deposits, etc. Prepare and perform check runs, separate and mail checks, assist with month end processing, file invoices and maintain vendor files, maintain Capital Expense and Prepaid notebooks and additional duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position will have a High School Diploma with some business courses, preferably in Accounting. 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting with a large volume of transactions or comparable experience required. The individual should be able to work under minimum supervision and must have knowledge of Windows programs (Excel and Word). Prior hotel experience would be helpful. Additional qualities will include good organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Good mathematical skills for reconciliation responsibilities and be able to effectively communicate with various levels of staff, guests and vendors. Staff Accountant

Will ensure that the daily Revenue Flash is prepared and distributed to all departments. Prepare monthly sales tax returns.
