Executive Chef

The executive chef at Keswick Hall will be managing the kitchen staff and every aspect of food preparation for all meals for all outlets on the Keswick Estate, including off-site catering, ensuring flawless execution, the highest quality and a consistent product. Assistant Golf Superintendent

Accounting Clerk, Accounts Payable

Keswick Hall and Club seeks an Accounting Clerk. The responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to: Opening, sorting and distributing invoices to managers. Corresponding with vendors, responding to inquiries, reviewing vendor statements, requesting copies. Logging A/R checks, entering invoices, deposits. Preparing check runs, assisting with month end processing, filing invoices and maintaining vendor files, maintaining Capital Expense and Prepaid notebooks and additional duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position will have a High School Diploma with some business courses, preferably in Accounting. 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting with a large volume of transactions or comparable experience required. The individual should be able to work under minimum supervision and must have knowledge of Windows programs (Excel and Word). Prior hotel experience would be helpful. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Additional qualities will include good organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Good mathematical skills for reconciliation responsibilities and be able to effectively communicate with various levels of staff, guests and vendors.
