Palmer Room F&B Supervisor

The Palmer Room F&B Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of food and beverage service in the clubhouse, which includes reservations, table service, setting and busing tables, and the assuring food served is properly prepared and is served timely. Additionally, will assist with daily opening and closing procedures, designating section assignments and assisting with check out reports as well as other reports and spreadsheets. The Palmer Room supervisor will directly oversee the servers before and during service hours, conduct pre-shift meetings, give assignments and train as necessary. Standards testing and coaching of staff to meet standards will be a central focus of the Supervisor. Must be knowledgeable about all food and beverage products we offer and how they are prepared and be able to teach others. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and be educated and experienced in culinary arts and service. Required willingness to work holidays and weekends. Golf Course Groundsman

The responsibilities will include: maintain all ornamental trees, beds and shrubbery on the golf course, carry out all general labor duties as required, mowing of greens, collars, approaches, tees, fairways, intermediate roughs and roughs. Assistant Mechanic

Keswick Hall and Club is looking for an assistant mechanic to assist the head mechanic in service and maintenance of all golf course, grounds and operational equipment. Must have valid commercial applicators spray license in Turf (3A) and ornamentals (3B). The responsibilities include: carry out all mechanical repairs on golf course and grounds maintenance equipment, assist in the operational training, safety procedures, and clean-up procedures for employees on all equipment and all other duties as directed by the Head Mechanic or the Golf Course Superintendent. Will have the ability to work Monday-Friday from 7am to 3:30pm and every other weekend in season (April-October). Lifting will be required (up to 50 lbs.).
